AN ACT
Appropriating monies to the attorney general.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; internet crimes against children; exemption
A. The sum of $1,800,000 is appropriated from the internet crimes against children enforcement fund established by section 41‑199, Arizona Revised Statutes, in fiscal year 2015-2016 to the attorney general for the purposes prescribed in section 41‑199, subsection B, Arizona Revised Statutes.
B. The appropriation made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations.
Sec. 2. Emergency
This act is an emergency measure that is necessary to preserve the public peace, health or safety and is operative immediately as provided by law.
