AN ACT

 

Appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of transportation; Hopi route 60 construction

The sum of $1,500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the department of transportation for distribution to the Navajo nation for construction costs associated with the improvement of Hopi route 60.
