AN ACT

 

Amending title 38, chapter 3, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 38-452; relating TO OFFICIAL acts.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 38, chapter 3, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 38-452, to read:

START_STATUTE38-452. Public officers; photographs; official uses

Notwithstanding any other law, A Public officer who holds elected office by election or APPOINTMENT shall provide a photograph that was taken not more than twelve months before the public officer assumed that OFFICE for use in ANY OFFICIAL CAPACITY and for all OFFICIAL PURPOSES. END_STATUTE
