AN ACT
amending section 13-3823, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the registration of sex offenders.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 13-3823, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
13-3823. Access to records
A statement, photograph or fingerprint required by this article shall not be made available to any person except for:
1. Use by law enforcement officers. and for
2. Dissemination as provided in section 41‑1750, a statement, photograph or fingerprint required by this article shall not be made available to any person.
3. Use by an employee of the department of economic security to determine the qualifications of a person who is applying for employment or seeking to volunteer to work with children and vulnerable adults.
