AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the department of administration.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of administration; Gila county sheriff; maintenance and operation

The sum of $3,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of administration to distribute to the Gila county sheriff's office for maintenance and operation of the office.
