AN ACT

 

amending laws 2015, chapter 247, section 22; relating to underground storage tanks.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Laws 2015, chapter 247, section 22 is amended to read:

Sec. 22. Delayed repeal

Section 49-1031, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by this act, is repealed from and after December 31, 2023 2030.
