An Act
appropriating monies to the address confidentiality program fund.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; address confidentiality program fund; exemption
A. The sum of $400,000 is appropriated from the victim compensation and assistance fund established by section 41-2407, Arizona Revised Statutes, in fiscal year 2024-2025 to the address confidentiality program fund established by section 41-169, Arizona Revised Statutes.
B. The appropriation made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations.
