AN ACT
Amending title 41, chapter 23, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 41-2505; relating to the procurement code.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 41, chapter 23, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 41-2505, to read:
41-2505. Task order contracts; website; posting; definition
A. A state government unit that enters into a task order contract with a contractor in this state shall CONSPICUOUSly post the contract on the state governmental unit's website.
B. For the purposes of this section, "Task order contract" means An indefinite delivery or indefinite quantity contract for supplies or services that provides for the issuance of a Task Order for services or supplies during the contractual period.
