An Act
requiring the department of health services to convene stakeholders to ensure the provision of obstetrics and gynecology services in rural areas.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Department of health services; obstetrics and gynecology; rural communities; report; delayed repeal
A. The department of health services shall convene stakeholders and department staff to develop recommendations to ensure obstetrics and gynecology services are provided in low-volume, high-risk rural communities. On or before December 31, 2025, the department of health services shall submit a report of the recommendations to the governor, the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives and provide a copy of the report to the secretary of state.
B. This section is repealed from and after December 31, 2026.
