repealing section 28‑5204, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by laws 2008, chapter 142, section 10; relating to motor carrier safety.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Repeal

Section 28‑5204, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by Laws 2008, chapter 142, section 10, is repealed.
