Amending section 23-625, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to employment security.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 23-625, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

"Levy" includes the power of distraint and seizure by any legal means.END_STATUTE
