AN ACT
providing for a temporary moratorium on the ADMINISTRATION of standardized tests required for graduation from high school.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Tests required for high school graduation; moratorium
Notwithstanding any other law, a school district or charter school in this state shall not administer a standardized test during the 2014‑2015 school year, the 2015‑2016 school year or the 2016‑2017 school year to any pupil if the pupil is required to obtain a passing score on that test in order to graduate from high school.
