AN ACT

 

amending title 28, chapter 8, article 7.1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 28‑3419; relating to traffic survival schools.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 28, chapter 8, article 7.1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 28-3419, to read:

START_STATUTE28-3419.  Online school; providers

The department shall allow:

1.  A traffic survival school to be completed online.

2.  Notwithstanding any other law, any qualified provider, as determined by the director, to operate an online traffic survival school.END_STATUTE
