AN ACT
Making appropriations for the relief of named claimants.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriations for relief of named claimants; basis of claims
A. The payment of the sums appropriated by this section is in full satisfaction of the claims described in this section.
B. The sum of $9,778.38 is transferred from the risk management fund to the state general fund and appropriated from the state general fund to the department of administration for payment of claims made against the department of administration by the following claimants and in the following amounts:

In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2010-2011, the sum of $1,739.01 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2010-2011 to the state mine inspector for payment of an invoice for the purchase of supplies from the Wilson Company.
