AN ACT
amending title 13, chapter 23, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 13‑2324; relating to unlawful computer software use.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 13, chapter 23, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 13-2324, to read:
13-2324. Unlawful computer software use; sales; event ticket purchasing; classification
A. A person may not knowingly use or sell computer software that is intended to circumvent a security measure, access control system or other control measure that is used by an event ticket platform to enforce event ticket purchasing limits or to maintain the integrity of online ticket purchasing order rules.
B. A person may not knowingly sell or offer to sell an event ticket that was obtained by using computer software in violation of subsection A of this section.
