AN ACT

 

amending laws 1998, chapter 298, section 30, as amended by Laws 2001, chapter 178, section 2 and Laws 2004, chapter 140, section 1; relating to the monitoring assistance program for public water systems.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Laws 1998, chapter 298, section 30, as amended by Laws 2001, chapter 178, section 2 and Laws 2004, chapter 140, section 1, is amended to read:

Section 30.  Delayed repeal

Section 49‑360, Arizona Revised Statutes, as added by this act, is repealed from and after January 1, 2011 December 31, 2020.
