AN ACT
Prescribing funding for security at the legislature.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Allocation of 2011-2012 appropriation; security; senate; house of representatives
Of the monies appropriated to the senate and the house of representatives for fiscal year 2011‑2012, each legislative body shall use sufficient monies to purchase metal detecting wands to be used by the security staff to screen members of the public at all nonsecure entrances to the senate and the house of representatives.
