appropriating monies to the university of Arizona.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; university of Arizona; space analog for the moon and mars program
The sum of $500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the university of Arizona for the space analog for the moon and mars program at Biosphere 2.
