AN ACT

 

making an appropriation to the department of education for academic decathlon competitions.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; academic decathlon competitions

The sum of $82,400 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2013-2014 to the department of education for the purpose of providing funding that will enable students in school districts and charter schools to compete in academic decathlon competitions.
