AN ACT

 

repealing title 16, chapter 2, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the presidential preference election.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Repeal

Title 16, chapter 2, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed.

Sec. 2.  Conforming legislation

The legislative council staff shall prepare proposed legislation conforming the Arizona Revised Statutes to the provisions of this act for consideration in the fifty‑first legislature, second regular session.

Sec. 3.  Effective date

This act is effective from and after December 31, 2012.
