AN ACT
appropriating monies to the Arizona board of REGENTS.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriations; Arizona board of regents; tribal colleges; remedial education programs; institutional development; fiscal years 2021-2022, 2022-2023 and 2023-2024
The following amounts are appropriated from the state general fund in each of fiscal years 2021-2022, 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 to the Arizona board of regents to distribute to the following tribal higher education institutions for remedial education programs and institutional development:
1. $1,000,000 for San Carlos Apache college.
2. $1,000,000 for Tohono O'odham community college.
