A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Arizona; amending article VII, section 13, Constitution of Arizona; relating to bond elections.

Be it resolved by the Senate of the State of Arizona, the House of Representatives concurring:
1. Article VII, section 13, Constitution of Arizona, is proposed to be amended as follows if approved by the voters and on proclamation of the Governor:
13. Submission of questions on bond issues or special assessments
Section 13. Questions upon bond issues or special assessments shall be submitted to the vote of real property tax payers, who shall also in all respects be the qualified electors of this State, and or of the political subdivisions thereof subdivision affected by such question.
2. The Secretary of State shall submit this proposition to the voters at the next general election as provided by article XXI, Constitution of Arizona.
