	LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

AB 2422, as introduced, Jones. Medical Board of California.
Existing law, the Medical Practice Act, provides for the licensure
and regulation of physicians and surgeons by the Medical Board of
California. Under existing law, the board is responsible for, among
other things, enforcement of the disciplinary and criminal provisions
of the act and approving undergraduate and graduate medical
education programs.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
