AB 2567, as introduced, Megan Dahle. Transportation: State Route 395: pilot program.
Existing law vests the Department of Transportation with full possession and control of all state highways and all property and rights in property acquired for state highway purposes.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact subsequent legislation that would develop and implement a pilot program for the purpose of implementing a universal highway speed for a specified section of State Route 395.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact subsequent legislation that would develop and implement a pilot program for the purpose of implementing a universal highway speed for a specified section of State Route 395.
