An act to amend Section 11555 of the Insurance Code, relating to insurance.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 2807, as introduced, Chen.
Workers’ compensation and liability insurance.
Existing law generally regulates classes of insurance, including workers’ compensation and liability insurance. Existing law requires an insurer transacting workers’ compensation or liability and common carrier liability insurance to include specified schedules in its annual statement in a form prescribed by the Insurance Commissioner.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
