LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

AB 326, as introduced, Alanis. Geothermal resources: Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Administrative Fund.
Existing law requires the State Oil and Gas Supervisor to publish any printed matter relating to geothermal resources for which there may be public demand, as provided, and requires that if these printed matter are sold, they be sold at cost and the proceeds deposited in the Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Administrative Fund.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to that provision.
