An act to amend Section 11346.7 of the Government Code, relating to state government.

SB 1228, as introduced, Caballero. Adoption of regulations.
Existing law establishes the Office of Administrative Law and sets forth its powers and duties, including, but not limited to, the review and approval of regulations proposed for adoption by state agencies. Existing law requires the office to maintain a link on its internet website to the internet website of the Small Business advocate.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 11346.7 of the Government Code is amended to read:

11346.7.
 The office shall maintain a link on its internet website to the internet website maintained by the Small Business Advocate that also includes the telephone number of the Small Business Advocate.
