An act to add Section 6735 to the Government Code, relating to health.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.

 Section 6735 is added to the Government Code, immediately following Section 6733, to read:

6735.

 The Governor shall annually proclaim December 1 as World AIDS Day.
