An act to amend Section 50 of the Streets and Highways Code, relating to transportation.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

Existing law provides that any reference in any law or regulation to the State Highway Engineer shall be deemed to refer to the Director of Transportation.

This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.

 Section 50 of the Streets and Highways Code is amended to read:
