An act to amend Section 16200 of the Business and Professions Code, relating to licensing.

Existing law provides for the licensure and regulation of various businesses by cities, counties, or the state pursuant to prescribed provisions of law, and defines various terms for these purposes.

This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to this provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.

Section 16200 of the Business and Professions Code is amended to read:
