BILL NUMBER: SB 156 INTRODUCED BILL TEXT INTRODUCED BY Senator Huff FEBRUARY 2, 2015 An act to amend Section 25200 of the Public Resources Code, relating to energy. LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST SB 156, as introduced, Huff. State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission. Existing law establishes the State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission consisting of 5 members appointed by the Governor subject to confirmation by the Senate. This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to that provision. Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no. State-mandated local program: no. THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 25200 of the Public Resources Code is amended to read: 25200. There is in the Natural Resources Agency the State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission, consisting of five members appointed by the Governor subject to Section 25204.
