An act relating to transportation.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact subsequent legislation to restrict the resale of decommissioned diesel trains and rolling stock for continued use.
