An act to amend Section 131200 of the Health and Safety Code, relating to public health.

SB 645, as introduced, Roth. State Department of Public Health.
Existing law imposes various functions and duties on the State Department of Public Health with respect to the administration and oversight of various health programs and facilities relating to the prevention of disease and the promotion of health. Existing law authorizes the department to adopt and enforce regulations for the execution of its duties.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 131200 of the Health and Safety Code is amended to read:

131200.
 The department may adopt adopt, and enforce may enforce, regulations for the execution of its duties.
