CALIFORNIA LEGISLATURE—
2019–2020 REGULAR SESSION
Senate Bill | No. 712 |
Introduced by Senator Grove |
February 22, 2019 |
An act to amend Section 19900 of the Health and Safety Code, relating to housing.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
SB 712, as introduced, Grove.
Housing for the elderly.
Existing law prohibits a city, county, city and county, or other political subdivision from requiring more than one building permit for a low-rent housing development for the elderly financed with federal or state funds or by a loan insured by the federal or state government and limits the fee for the permit, as specified.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to that provision.
