AN ACT PHASING OUT THE CORPORATION BUSINESS TAX.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 208 of the general statutes be amended to phase out the corporation business tax at a rate of one per cent per year.

Statement of Purpose:

To phase out the corporation business tax at a rate of one per cent per year.
