AN ACT CONCERNING THE PHASE-OUT OF THE HOSPITALS TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 211a of the general statutes be amended to phase out the hospitals tax over five years, beginning July 1, 2014.

To reduce the cost of health care in Connecticut, improve access to services and retain jobs.
