AN ACT CONCERNING THE FULL STATE FUNDING OF SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that the state dedicate a specific revenue source that will be used to phase in state funding of special education services.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the state to cover the costs of special education.
