AN ACT CONCERNING REPAYMENT OF LOANS EXTENDED UNDER THE FEDERAL UNEMPLOYMENT TAX ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the state to repay the full amount of federal loans extended to the state through the Federal Unemployment Tax Act.
Statement of Purpose:
To relieve businesses of the obligations created by the loans extended to the state through the Federal Unemployment Tax Act.
