AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN PAPER CURRENCY FROM THE SALES AND USE TAXES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That subdivision (45) of section 12-412 of the general statutes be amended to add certain paper currency to the currencies and tender exempt from the sales and use taxes.

Statement of Purpose:

To add certain paper currency to the currencies and tender exempt from the sales and use taxes.
