AN ACT CONCERNING THE INCREASE IN HUNTING AND FISHING LICENSE FEES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to increase hunting and fishing license fees by twenty per cent from the amount of such fees prior to the adoption of the current state budget.

Statement of Purpose:

To reduce the increase in hunting and fishing license fees that was made in the current state budget.
