AN ACT DELAYING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE IN-SCHOOL SUSPENSION REQUIREMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (g) of section 10-233c of the general statutes be amended to change the date of implementation of the in-school suspensions to July 1, 2013.
Statement of Purpose:
To delay the in-school suspension requirement until July 1, 2013.
