AN ACT CONCERNING A RESTRUCTURING OF THE BUSINESS ENTITY TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 213a of the general statutes be amended to restructure the business entity tax in a revenue-neutral manner that progressively takes into account business size and profit margin in the amount of tax payment.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide relief for small and medium-sized businesses by restructuring the business entity tax.
