AN ACT CONCERNING THE URBAN HOMESTEADING STATUTE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
To amend the general statutes to expand the definition of an urban homesteading agency to include nonprofit entities that are authorized by their charter to develop affordable housing.
