AN ACT REQUIRING THE PROVISION OF SERVICES TO SENIORS BY LICENSED OR CREDENTIALED PROFESSIONALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require providers of services to seniors to be licensed or credentialed professionals.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that providers of senior services have a high level of training and experience.
