AN ACT CONCERNING STAFFING AT STATE-OPERATED FACILITIES FOR THE TREATMENT OF PERSONS WITH SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require staffing at state-operated facilities for the treatment of persons with substance use disorders to be based on the number of admitted patients.
Statement of Purpose:
To rationalize patient care at state-operated facilities for the treatment of persons with substance use disorders.
