AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF BODY-WORN RECORDING EQUIPMENT BY LAW ENFORCEMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 29-6d of the general statutes be amended to provide that the use of body-worn recording equipment by a police officer shall not be subject to collective bargaining.
Statement of Purpose:
To exclude the use of body-worn recording equipment from being a subject of collective bargaining.
