AN ACT CONCERNING CHILD CARE SUBSIDIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 17b-749 of the general statutes be amended to ensure that any increases in funding for child care subsidies not be diverted to increase provider payments.

Statement of Purpose:

To ensure that funding for child care subsidies not be diverted to increase provider payments.
