AN ACT REQUIRING THAT CONCRETE BE TESTED FOR PYRRHOTITE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require concrete to be tested for Pyrrhotite before it can be used in a foundation for a structure.

Statement of Purpose:

To prevent crumbling foundations.
