AN ACT CONCERNING A JUNE PRIMARY FOR STATE-WIDE AND FEDERAL OFFICES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to change the date for primaries for state-wide and federal offices, from August to June.

Statement of Purpose:

To change the date upon which Connecticut holds primary elections.
