AN ACT CONCERNING GRANTS FROM THE CITIZENS' ELECTION FUND TO UNOPPOSED CANDIDATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 9-705 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate grants to unopposed candidates.
Statement of Purpose:
To help reduce the amount spent from the Citizens' Election Fund.
